Man U vs. QPR

Manchester United are now five points adrift of their Mancunain rivals and seem to be running away with the title. But it looks like QPR will put up a fight. Morale is high after a win at Loftus road against Arsenal, but can QPR deliver the goods again?

Manchester United are undefeated in their previous 10 games, but unconvincing wins over Fulham ( 1 – 0 ) and Blackburn ( 0 – 2 ) may be showing signs of weakness. But on the other hand United haven’t conceded in their previous four games, with WilliamHill offering Man Utd to win to nil at 10/11.

Antonio Valencia has been looking in fine form since his return, and on BetVictor is 17/2 to grab the first goal of the game.

QPR are an incredible 18/1 to win on BetVictor, but with only 3 wins away from home this season, those odds may seem just. QPR don’t give in easy though, scoring in their last 5 away games, Adel Taarabt being 6/1 to score anytime at WilliamHill.

Overall predictions for this game, Manchester United to win 3 – 1 (highest price of 9/1 at Bet365),
Adding Wayne Rooney to score first to this result pulls in an amazing 33/1 on BetVictor.

Arsenal vs. Man City

A must win game for City if they want any hope of stopping united winning their 20th premier league title. The last time these two teams met they could only be separated by a 53rd minute strike from David Silva.

Arsenal come into this game with an away loss at QPR last week, but were undefeated in their previous 8 games. Man City are coming into the game with back to back draws against Stoke ( 1-1 ) and Sunderland ( 3 – 3 ).

The men to watch are Robin Van Persie and Sergio Aguero ( Aguero is set to return after a recent injury ). But with big names like Mario Balotelli and Carlos Tevez hovering around on the City bench it suggests that it may be a high scoring game. An offer on WilliamHill for any substitute to score is at 4/1, and with the quantity and quality of the forwards on the City bench this may be a very smart bet.
Thomas Vermaelen has been scoring lately, with an anytime offer from WilliamHill at 7/1.

Overall predictions for this game are really hard to choose, with 0 – 0 bore draws being 12/1, but this game has potential to be a high scoring thriller with the quality of the forwards, Man City to win 3 – 2 at 28/1 on Bet365 is my longshot of the day.
